If I subscribe to GlowyBox, What will I receive?

You will receive a beautifully packaged GlowyBox each month, filled with a selection of samples from well known and up-and-coming beauty brands. Each GlowyBox will be a different mix of beauty product types, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, body and hair products. All samples are generously sized, with sufficient quantity to allow you to figure out what works best for you.

How Do I subscribe to GlowyBox?

Just follow these simple steps:

  • Click here, Choose your subscription plan, add the chosen plan to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill out the form to finalize your order 🙂

How much does the Subscription cost?

Subscriptions start at PKR 3,000 per month, depending on the package you have subscribed to:

3-month Subscription: You pay PKR 8,400, which is around PKR 2,800 per month
6-month Subscription: You pay PKR 15,600, which is around PKR 2,600 per month
12-month Subscription: You pay PKR 28,800, which works out to just PKR 2,400 per month!

That’s the same cost as having one skinny cappuccino a week at your favorite coffee shop 🙂 And courier shipping to your home or office address is included!

Do I have to order my GlowyBox every month?

No, you will receive a GlowyBox every month for the duration of the subscription you purchased. Once your subscription has ended, you will need to purchase a new subscription to continue to receive your GlowyBox.

3-month subscription: Once you have purchased this subscription, you do not need to do anything until after you have received your 3rd GlowyBox; you will only need to resubscribe once it expires after 3 months
6-month subscription: Once you have purchased this subscription, you do not need to do anything until after you have received your 6th GlowyBox; you will only need to resubscribe once it expires after 6 months
12-month subscription: Once you have purchased this subscription, you do not need to do anything until after you have received your 12th GlowyBox; you will only need to resubscribe once it expires after 12 months

Will you tell me what is coming in my box ahead of time? Am I able to choose?

The surprise is all part of the fun! That’s why we keep the products secret until you receive them. Still curious? Keep an eye on our growing list of brand partners to get an idea of who we have worked with and what we have featured in previous GlowyBoxes.

What if I receive a broken or missing Product?

We work to ensure that none of the samples are broken or missing since they are packed with care, but if this occurs you can write to us at hello@glowybox.com or call us at +92 316 0234599 and we will arrange for a replacement.

Are there any hidden fees?

Nope – all you pay is your subscription. Your subscription covers all shipping and handling fees associated with getting your monthly GlowyBox couriered to you, as well as access to all of the wonderful content from our beauty editors and eligibility to participate in all our competitions. Lucky you!

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We are currently offering Cash on Delivery with no additional fee. Cash on Delivery is functional in Karachi at the moment and will soon be available all over Pakistan.

How does the Cash on Delivery work for Subscriptions?

 

You can pay cash for your subscription and the process will work like this:

At the end of this month, our delivery agent will contact you to arrange delivery and payment
Upon delivery, you will pay the driver in cash the *TOTAL AMOUNT* of your subscription package.
Based on the package you have purchased you will have to pay the following:
1 month package = pay PKR 3,000 in cash
3 month package = pay PKR 8,400 in cash (You Save PKR 600)
6 month package = pay PKR 15,600 in cash (You Save PKR 2,400)

12 month package = pay PKR 28,800 in cash (You Save PKR 7,200)

If you have purchased at a discount or promotion, you will only be responsible to pay the discounted amount shown in your checkout total.

Once you have paid, the driver will give you your first GlowyBox and we will continue to deliver your boxes each month for the duration of your subscription! (please note: you cannot open the box before completing full payment).

If you refuse or fail to make the payment, the GlowyBox will be returned to our offices and your subscription will be cancelled.

 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Please note that we are unable to offer cash or credit card/pay pal refunds for subscriptions. There’s a cancellation fee of PKR 500.

What is your returns policy?

GlowyBoxes are strictly non-refundable and are ineligible for returns.
The Box – If you receive a Glowybox containing products that are damaged, please contact our customer service department. We will do our best to send you a replacement of this product with your next box.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Once your product has been inspected and your refund approved, we will refund the price of your product in full as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of your notification.
If you have paid using a credit card your refund will be posted back to your card or account. If you have paid using cash, you will receive your refund in cash.

When will my GlowyBox be sent to me?

Our exact delivery date is a surprise! However, we usually aim to send our GlowyBox out between the 3rd and 4th week of the month.

Do you ever offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping, and Cash on Delivery in Karachi only.

What service do you use to deliver the GlossyBox?

We use a variety of different couriers to deliver all our boxes. For any shipping inquiries about the delivery service please email us at hello@glowybox.com and we would be glad to help you on in any way.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver all over Pakistan.

Do I need to be present when the GlowyBox is delivered?

Someone must be present to accept the delivery from our courier partner; please make sure to properly enter your address and phone number when signing up. The courier will call before arranging a delivery – failure to respond to coordinate a delivery will result in the return of your GlowyBox. Please look out for their call!

I have not received my GlowyBox. What must I do?

First, verify that your address and phone number were properly entered under your profile (just log on to your account to verify); second, ensure that the purchase transaction was successfully completed. Finally, please refer to your tracking email and use the courier’s website to check the current status of your shipment. If despite these attempts you have not received your GlowyBox within a few days of receiving the email containing your tracking number, please send us an email to hello@glowybox.com including the following details: name, email, transaction date and subscription purchased.
